Raw honey: All our honeys are raw, meaning unpasteurized. This means we never heat them above 40°C or apply direct heat, in order to preserve the unique properties of each honey. Therefore, they crystallize at low temperatures (except for creamed honey, which is already crystallized). If you prefer it liquid, gently heat the jar in a water bath, keeping the temperature below 40°C. Our honeys go directly from the hive to your home, without being homogenized, so the color and texture may vary.
This mead contains approximately 51% alcohol. Consume in moderation and responsibly.
