Raw lavender honey from Tiedra (Valladolid). With numerous awards, notably «"Best Lavender Honey in Spain and 2nd best honey in Spain (Bresca Plata 2023)"». Light amber in color, like gold; with a floral aroma of lavender fields and a touch of chamomile; and a sweet and fruity flavor with a touch of acidity and an unmistakable aftertaste.

How to enjoy it: It's the perfect sweet touch, spectacular on fresh cheese, in baking, with yogurt or nuts, or to sweeten infusions.
Storage method: Store in a cool, dry place.
Crystallization: Medium-high tendency to crystallize. When it does, its color turns whitish.
Raw honey: All our honeys are raw, meaning unpasteurized. This means we never heat them above 40°C or apply direct heat, in order to preserve the unique properties of each honey. Therefore, they crystallize at low temperatures; if you prefer it liquid, gently warm the jar in a water bath, keeping the temperature below 40°C. Our honeys go directly from the hive to your home, without being homogenized, so the color and texture may vary.
