Characteristics

Origin: Tiedra (Valladolid).

Production period: July and August.

Crystallization: medium tendency; when it crystallizes, its color turns whitish.

Prize: Chosen as the Best Lavender Honey in Spain (Bresca 2023).

How to enjoy it: Spectacular on fresh or cured cheese, in pastry, with yogurt and nuts, or to sweeten infusions without exceeding 40º.

Storage method: Store in a cool, dry place.

Raw honey: All our honeys are raw, meaning unpasteurized: we never heat them above 40°C or apply direct heat, in order to preserve the unique properties of each honey. This is why they crystallize at low temperatures; if you prefer it liquid, heat it in a double boiler without exceeding 40°C. It goes directly from the hive to your home, unprocessed, so the color may vary.
