Origin: Tiedra (Valladolid) and Arribes del Duero Natural Park (Zamora and Salamanca).

How to enjoy it: Due to its intense character, it shines with aged cheeses, meats, sauces and chocolate desserts.
Storage method: Store in a cool, dry place.
Raw honey: All our honeys are raw and unpasteurized: we never heat them above 40°C or apply direct heat to preserve their properties. They crystallize naturally; if you prefer them liquid, warm them in a double boiler without exceeding 40°C. They travel from the hive to your home without being homogenized, so the color may vary.
