Tarro de miel de bosque cruda de Setentaynueve

Characteristics

Origin: Spain.

Production period: August and September.

How to enjoy it: Due to its intense character, it stands out with aged cheeses, meats, sauces and chocolate desserts.

Storage method: Store in a cool, dry place.

Crystallization: Very low tendency to crystallization.

Raw honey: All our honeys are raw, meaning unpasteurized. This means we never heat them above 40°C or apply direct heat, in order to preserve the unique properties of each honey. Therefore, they crystallize at low temperatures; if you prefer it liquid, gently warm the jar in a water bath, keeping the temperature below 40°C. Our honeys go directly from the hive to your home, without being homogenized, so the color and texture may vary.
