Honey multifloral Raw, from the flowers of our surroundings such as thyme, broom, viper's bugloss, almond blossom, and lavender. Although the color, aroma, and flavor depend on the production area, it tends to be a medium amber color, with a mealy and floral smell and taste.
Formats: 1kg and 1/2kg.

Storage method: Store in a cool, dry place.
Crystallization: Medium-low tendency to crystallization.
Raw honey: All our honeys are raw, meaning unpasteurized. This means we never heat them above 40°C or apply direct heat, in order to preserve the unique properties of each honey. Therefore, they crystallize at low temperatures; if you prefer it liquid, gently warm the jar in a water bath, keeping the temperature below 40°C. Our honeys go directly from the hive to your home, without being homogenized, so the color and texture may vary.
