How to enjoy it: It shines on toast with fresh cheese, in yogurt or a bowl of oatmeal, topping pancakes or ice cream, and adds an unexpected touch to a cheese board or a vinaigrette.
Conservation: Store in a cool, dry place. If crystallization occurs, melt in a water bath at a temperature not exceeding 40°C. Not recommended for children under 1 year old.
