What is it: Two treasures from the same hive in a single jar. We combine our organic raw honey from Tiedra with propolis—that ingredient that bees make to protect their hive—in a preparation that is as natural as it is honest.
How to take it: a teaspoon straight for those days when your throat needs it, dissolved in a warm infusion (linden, or ginger and lemon) not exceeding 40º, or on toast at breakfast.
Conservation: Store in a cool, dry place. If it crystallizes, reheat it in a water bath at a temperature not exceeding 40°C. Not recommended for children under 1 year old or for those with allergies to bee products.
