How to enjoy it: Spectacular on blue or cured cheese, with foie gras or roast meats, in a warm salad, in pastries (cakes, tarts) or, without complicating things, by the spoonful on a cottage cheese.
Conservation: Store in a cool, dry place. If crystallization occurs, melt in a water bath at a temperature not exceeding 40°C. Not recommended for children under 1 year old.
